Customer Care Representative

You would be working in our inbound contact centre receiving a high volume of calls from our Mars Empire Group clients. Your responsibility is to assist our clients with their financial needs and resolve their problems in a friendly and helpful manner. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets. This position involves listening to clients over the phone and resolving their problems. You would need to navigate through our computer systems to find the information needed to help our clients.
